Please help me find a sympathetic endocrinologist

Having been dismissed out of hand by an NHS endocrinologist who told me it's impossible for me to still have symptoms after blood tests show him that "I am cured", I am hoping somebody can recommend a sympathetic endocrinologist in Birmingham/Manchester/Liverpool/Chester to see privately as I have health cover with my employment.

Also interested to know if anybody has any experience of the Birmingham Thyroid Clinic that they could share.
