Hi All
Was looking at Paul Robinson’s method with T3. It states this can’t be used if hypopituitary or addisons?
Just wondering why, can any of you knowledgeable people help? 😬

It's not that it can't be used, but that there's no point in using it because the purpose of the CT3M method is to raise low morning cortisol, and if you have Addison's or hypopituitarism that would be like flogging a dead horse.
I sort of follow it. I found taking a T3 dose late at night or in the middle of the night helped me. I have central hypo and low cortisol but not Addisons. My cortisol is now into normal range all day, but whether that is because of T3 or purely down to adrenal cortex, ashwaghanda and meditation, I don't know.
Hi there,
Did you have your low cortisol diagnosed via a morning blood sample?
My dilemma is that my TSH is low normal, my T4 is low normal range I’m Hashimoto but have all the miserable symptoms of hypo?
I’ve discussed it on this forum with you wonderfully people who suggested it may be secondary hypothyroid. Which makes sense.
I’ve got a bottle of cytomel sat looking at me and i desperately want to feel better.
Not much confidence in my gp x
