I have ordered Thiroyd from a pharmaceutical company in Thailand in the past . On each occasion I had no problem paying with Visa debit and always had my order confirmed promptly.
Recently I made another order but was unable to use either debit or credit cards in payment. I followed their suggestion and paid using MoneyGram. Everything went smoothly at this end but I have had no contact or acknowledgement of payment from the firm.
I have sent them several emails asking them to confirm receipt of payment but have had no reply 5 days after placing the order.
Has anyone else had this experience. Is MoneyGram a safe method of payment ?

I don't know anything about Moneygram as I've never used them, but assume you had a receipt for payment of the money, including details of who it was paid to?
Does Moneygram have a way of confirming that the money has been passed on to the recipient?
Have you been in touch with Money gram? This happened order for me with Thailand saying I hadn't ordered. After several calls to Money gram they admitted their system had been down, so I had to start again. Pp
