I wrote previously about my tummy problems and hair loss. I even bought T3 but you said dont take it until you find out whats happening to your tummy. The gastroenterologist gave me a colonoscopy found nothing – nothing found in the ultra scan... they are taking ages to do anything. From my research i asked for a H-pylori test with the GP and its been positive. I took the initiative, i would not have known if i left it to the GP and consultants. Now i am on antibiotics. So happy I know what it is.

Did your hair return - improvement from hair loss - after eradicating H-pylori?

has anyone been through this?

what supplements did you take to improve your gut flora?

Did your Hypothyroid improve after, how did your thyroid react?

Any information at all

This is interesting but I don't think it applies to me. I have never had any problems with my stomach but I am trying a gluten free diet yet again but after the wedding I am going to this weekend. I am going have a last hurrah of gluten before the diet begins on Monday! Ha ha I had a typo and typed gluton instead of gluten which is rather apt.

This should help gut heal and help improve absorption of vitamins.

Not much info from me only came to say my sister had it when initially diagnosed with Graves. As far as I can remember she took the antib’s and that was that. The antibiotics will ofcourse upset your flora and fauna but they H.pylori was already doing that. So now try and get some bone broth and fermented foods into your daily diet to assist recovery. I think you can buy probiotics too but do your research and don’t go for the high street brands which I think are more sugar that anything else.

Once you’ve got that sorted look at your Vits and Minerals. Once that’s sorted look to see if your T4 is optimal. Once that’s done look at T3. All of these steps take months. But it’s so worth it once you get on the right path. Good luck 🤗
