strange chest feelings

Does anyone have burning feeling moving cross chest outwards ,couldit be thyroid.

When you say burning what exactly do you mean. Is it inside your body or on your skin.

I recently had a skin burning issue with sharp stabbing pains. It was in my breast and moved around to the centre of my back. Later I got a sort of rash. I thought it was shingles. I went to see 2 GP’s about it as it went on for about 2/3 weeks. Both said it wasn’t shingles. The only thing that had changed was my T3 medication from a German private brand to an NHS brand Sigma. It went away when I stopped NHS brand and changed back

Does any of this fit with your symptoms ??

I had same exact thing McPammy about a year after thyroidectomy. I was treated for shingles for weeks with this drug that didn't touch whatever those bumps were....still think it's thyroid related since I get hives now.

Do you think it could be medication related. Did you change your brand at any time. Have you recently or have you needed a dose increase or decrease coincided with the skin issues. Mine felt like nerve pain. The sharp stabbing pain and burning of skin. Drs said it definitely wasn’t a shingles rash. As I had no blisters at all. What brand are you on. T4 or T3 or both.

Hi, no my meds during that time had been the same and have been the same now for a year.

Do you know if you need a decrease or increase in the thyroid meds. I needed an increase. Have you had your bloods done recently.

Going to be tested soon as recently had iodine ct scan

I take Armour Thyroid 2 grains and yes I'm due for blood test next month.
