Does hyperthyroidism give you very greasy hair?

If so, is it the increased thyroid hormones causing it or its impact on something else?

Thanks very much.

If you're hyper and feeling hot a lot and sweating more, your scalp could be more greasy

People whose thyroid glands function perfectly have no concept of how lucky they are.
