Are you all aware that you can, as individuals, respond to the NICE draft guidance. They won't respond individually. But please consider doing this. It might look a bit daunting but perhaps if you can't manage it all, read through the parts most pertinent to you - hyper/Subclinical/ Hypo and respond to these sections. Tip - read the rational for decision making too. The more of us who respond the better.

The main guidance is Draft Guideline and the Comments Form is for responses. Bear in mind that the responses must be in the format of the form provided. Even a few well chosen comments will be better than none.
