I've just received my latest blood results. My TSH has gone down to 1.26mU/L (0.35_5.5)
T4 14.2 (10.0_19.8) and T3 3.4pmol/L (3.5_6.5) which is lower than before.
It says this is below reference limit but doc stated its borderline and didn't ask me to come in to change meds. This obviously means a conversion problem? What now?

What dose are you on of what medication at time of test?
That happened to me when I was started on 30mg NP Thyroid. At the first blood test, my TSH had come down to half what it was before, but both fT4 and fT3 were lower (and boy did I feel like trash). I needed an increase of dose.
I'm was taking 50mcg levothyroxine at time of test. Am supplementing B12, vitD, selenium and zinc daily. Can't understand why T3 has gone down. Also gluten free for 2 months.
