Thyroxine morning or nite?

I currently take my Thyroxine first thing in the morning but due to other meds having to be taken four hours later and another half hour before food I think it might be easier to take my Thyroxine before bed so how do I make the switch? It was taken this morning so do I take again before bed or leave tomorrow mornings alone and take tomorrow nite?

It doesn't matter much, it will make just under 10% difference due to the long half-life of levothyroxine. If you want to be more accurate why not just take your morning dose and then half a tablet the first night. This will smooth out any variations.

When I switched to night time dosing 11 years ago I took the last morning dose as usual, and then I also took the first night time dose, no problem - since there are some people who happily take a whole week's dose of T4 on a single day, you aren't likely to come to any harm doing it that way, or by missing a day.
