Angina and shallow breathing

Hi

Can any one advise or have you experienced the same thing, I am currently taking 1 grain of wp NDT been trialing it for a week now and at first felt miles better than nature Throid that I was trying previous within a couple of days, but in the last few days I have had bad angina symptoms and shallow breathing so I am not sure if I need to increase to 1 1/4 this next week? As I didnt get the issue with nature Throid but it was 1.5 grain and it didn't feel like it was very affective even though it was stronger and I still felt really hypo but in the past I have had this experience when I have had a reaction to mercury pharma on 20mcg and also when I have been severely hypo and bed ridden with tsh of 17+ so cant figure out whether to up it or decrease it ?

In March my tsh was 12+ as the nutri thyroid stop being effective for some reason so in May I have just started to try the nature throid NDT and now the wp.

All my other symptoms have improved I still feel aching and in pain but not as much and just started supplementing with magnesium glycinate so hoping that will help and I have started to get abit more energy but I am still getting heavy and foggy head/ brain fog cognitive issues which I can't seem to ever shift it but I am still trying to wean off sugar so hoping after a few weeks it might improve and I am eating apart from that AIP diet.

Any advice would be appreciated ?

I am sorry that you do not appear to have received a timely response to your post/question - or perhaps you got an answer on another post or in a Private Message? Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?
