Never been diagnosed with a thyroid condition and had the following results this week using Thriva after over night fasting:
FT3 4.83 (3.1-6.8)
TSH 3.94 (0.27-4.3)
TgAB 588 (0-115)
TPOAb 19.3 (0-34)
T4 93.2 (66-181)
FT4 16.5 (12-22)
Vit D 52.1 (50-175)
In Early May my folate was 45 (8.83 - 60.8) after supplementing from January due to GP saying I had low levels after a blood test. They had previously been the 'lowest levels he ever saw' about 2 years ago and I had all the signs of anaemia including severe nerve pain.
In late April my Thriva results for Vit D were 33.6 (50-175) and since then I have been supplementing.
I have a 20 year history of ME/CFS and 2 years since getting an autism diagnosis.
I have struggled for many years with extreme fatigue, many aches and pains, anxiety, depression, have always had hot flushes, persistent sore throat and sinus issues.
At present my depression is particularly bad and the reason behind me having blood tests and checking my levels.
Any thoughts would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Your thyroid reading all look low suggesting not enough medication but antibodies look high and I don't have antibodies so I don't know what to suggest. I understand that other things may well be going on that I'm not familiar with so hopefully someone will come along to help you. What's happening may be just a transient thing that will right itself in due course so wait from more informed advice.
Thank you for your reply, I am not on any thyroid medication as never been diagnosed with a thyroid condition. Wondering if there is something going on with thyroid as had many symptoms over the years put down to ME/CFS that could actually be thyroid problem.
Thank you this really helps, my grandma has had underactive thyroid since her 30s so it is in the family.
Am I likely to be just fobbed off by the gp and sent away saying everything looks ok? Very nervous in going and not sure what to say. Annoyed to think underlying 20 years of ME could be and underlying thyroid condition.
