How can I raise my T4 levels?

Okay my doctor did bloodwork over a year ago and the TSH came back at 2.676 range 0.550-4.780 T4 - 2.6 range 4.5-10.9. So she tried to put me on Levo that made me feel like crap. So i researched and said I wanted NDT. So I am taking NP Thyroid now 60mg.

I felt that wasn't doing enough so I added Thyriod I for the last 1 1/2 months have been taking 1 60mgs. before I go to bed, and 2 -60mgs. in the morning. I feel pretty good.

I requested she do more blood work a week ago. So I had the following blood work done. Vitamin D25- 41.4 range 30.0-100.0, Ferritin- 21.4 range 22.0-305.00, B-12 range 246-911 mine was 2000! was really high so I will quit taking the supplement for a while.

My TSH is 0.055 range 0.350-5.500 T4 is 0.8 range 0.8-1.5 T3 free-2.8 range 2.3-4.2

TPA on 6/2018 was 22

My doctor said according the TSH I am over medicated but the T4 is low so she actually recommended a higher dose. Not sure what to respond. Based on what my tests were what do you think?

I have been mostly gluten free for close to a year.

I think both your Frees are pretty low for someone on 3 grains of NDT. How do you take your tablets? Do you take them on an empty stomach, leaving at least one hour before eating or drinking anything but water? Do you leave 2 to 4 hours before taking any other medication or supplements?

A TSH result on its own cannot tell you if you are over-medicated. It doesn't tell you very much at all. You obviously are not over-medicated because your Frees are scraping along the bottom of the range, so that just goes to show how useless the TSH is as an indicator of thyroid status. The most important number is the FT3. Pity your doctor doesn't know that. :)
