Weight gain on ndt, levo+t3, etc.

Recently I switched off levo+T3 to ndt and experiencing the same issue. I split the T3 (levo in the morning) into 3 doses along the day and I do the same way with ndt. Every time when I take the doses I noticed that I'm getting into the hipo&hyper-state (I feel anxious and my fingers and belly feel swollen). My D3, iron & B12 vits are good. I don't know what is the problem (the adrenal, blood sugar,etc.) and how to fix the problem.
