though my last test was ok

If you felt well with these "OK" results then I wouldn't worry too much about your temperature. My temperature is a bit lower than "normal" but I am optimally treated thyroid-wise.

Might be, but is this from a proven run of low basal temps? Some practitioners are / have been ( like Dr. Lowe) very keen on recording rested body temps, to ascertain how low FT3 suppresses our metabolism; so it can be a good tool, along with recording pulse and bp over a long period while changing and monitoring thyroid hormone dosing. However on a personal level I have recorded my basal temp( with glass mercury thermometer) regularly over 15 years recording from 35.5C to 36.2 ( except when ill with fever)...never got anywhere near ‘normal’ 37 degrees C despite getting FT3 well over top of range with high dose T3 only. So I haven’t got much confidence in using basal temp. as indication that I need more thyroid hormone, but you might find it is long term.

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially as you have Hashimoto's

How much Levothyroxine are you currently taking?

Please add latest results and ranges

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test, (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).

Is this how you do your tests?

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random

Medichecks currently have an offer on until end of May - 20% off

The adrenals namely cortisol can affect the core body temperature besides the thyroid. You may want to do a cortisol saliva test if you haven’t already.
