AFTERNOON TEA N' CAKE & OPEN GARDEN

Following the success of last year's event (raised £216), we will be holding another Charity fundraising afternoon for Thyroid UK, plus a Plant sale, tomorrow, Sunday 26th May, 12 noon - 4pm (Stevenage). Admission £2 per person, which includes tea and cake, will go to TUK. There will also be a raffle with some brilliant prizes, again all money raised goes to TUK.

Please message me for our address & parking details as there isn't room in our road. Our garden is small but we hope you might get some ideas on what you can achieve in a limited space. This will be a weather dependent event so keep your fingers crossed for a dry, sunny day ☉

Hope to see you there 🙂

Wow that's brilliant and so good of you to do that. Sadly I'm too far away as well but I hope the idea spreads and sorry I'm not able to do that myself. Hope the weather is kind and you do well!

For those you aren't aware Thyroid U.K. do so much for us behind the scenes and work closely with us to help us get wellness. They helped getting more of us to hang onto the T3 we had been given, spoken to the House of Lords and much more. Plus we have some wonderful admins who keep an eye on us and help us far more that many of our GP's have. we also have advisers behind the scenes keeping an eye out for things we can benefit from. And no they haven't paid me to say this but I'm sure I'm not alone in saying my health and knowledge has improved so much since I found this site and a subscriber to the magazine.

Janey, it was so good to meet a fellow TUK member, plus your lovely family and friends not to mention one very cute dog.

Your garden and all the plants you produced was just amazing.

It was perfect afternoon right down to the gluten free cake. So many thanks, hope you make lots of money for TUK. 😊
