Christmas Postage Stamps

I received my quarterly Harmony from TUK today with lots of interesting subjects.

One was the request for us to help funds by cutting the Stamps from Christmas cards or other postal products from the envelopes.

There needs to be about a quarter inch all round the stamp and perforations must not be cut.

Pop in an envelope and send stamps alone to Thyroiduk, 10 Bellamy Avenue, Hartcliffe, Bristol, BS13 OHW.

No donations or correspondence to be included as it is a third party.

Also if you wanted to become a Paid Up Member of TUK, (not expensive) see below:

Become a Member of Thyroid UK

Becoming a member of Thyroid UK supports us and brings benefits to you. We need to show how many people have a problem with the way thyroid disease is diagnosed and treated. When we try to campaign or fundraise, we are always asked, "How many members do you have?" The more members we have the more we will be listened to.

Thank you Shaws,

I have loads. I’ve been doing this for a while and almost gave up as I thought no one took them anymore! I love the support in this group. 🤗💜

I used to get the magazine, but haven't had this one. I probably need to renew my membership. How often do I need to do this and is there a way to automatically renew? I am not the most organised and am not sure I've done it right.

Thanks for this. Can I just query the postcode, please? I think it should be

BS13 0HW. The post code you've given would be in Birmingham....

The postcode you have posted is the one for this address on lots of other posts across the web! :-)

Thanks. Are you saying that BS13 0HW is the correct one for the stamps to go to?

I think so. I did a search and found that postcode - BS13 OHW - repeatedly. And the Royal Mail postcode finder agrees! :-)

Yes and this is the quote from Lyn:-

"Please do not send any donations or correspondence to this address is it is a third party company".

As we put on the envelope Thyroid UK the company then knows that TUK is the beneficiary.
