having bought a few over the years they dont seem reliable like the ones in hospitals. . can anyone reccommend one or lead me to an app or something similar to a pedometer.. my oxygen levels are about 92 93 at homw but in hospital they go up.

I bought one from Aldi a few years ago, still going strong and seems comparable with the result when my oxygen saturation is tested at GPs. Brand name is Sanitas.
