WAS FEELING AWFUL I was taking 100 eltroxin for 5 days and 125 for 2 days now I'm to take 125 everyday and retest in 6 weeks. Are my antibodies ok I've had them a lot higher and am wondering if the major operation I had 10 weeks ago would have effected everything. I was doing great until then
You need vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested
Ask GP to do so
Low B12 is extremely common when hypothyroid

As far as I know, your operation wouldn't affect your antibody levels. But, with TPO antibodies that high, it does mean you have Hashi's - did you know that? Do you know what Hashi's is?
Also, your TSH is very high, but that could be due to the operation. So, you do need to give yourself time to get over it. Really not surprising that you feel awful.
