Advice on adrenal cortex please

Hi hope someone can help. As I said on my last post having problems with my doc telling me to lower my levo. She wants me off it completely. I got as far as 25 mcg for a week and all my old symptoms came back, body pain, painful legs and feet, stomach pain, headaches, feeling like flu etc. So I thought no way and have gone back up to 50mcg. Every day I'm feeling a bit better. Doc will probably have a fit but never mind. I had a problem raising beyond 75 last time that's why she wants me off it. My heart rate is very sensitive to anything I add or take away. I'm on natural progesterone. Low dose every day because if I stop my heart also goes bananas. I'm sensitive to everything have tried ashwagandha, ginseng, holy basil, all types they all make my heart race. NDT makes my heart race. My functional doc says it's my adrenals. I've had a cortisol 24 HR saliva test. It's only low in the morning. 17 instead of 21 but it's being propped up by the progesterone. So the question - Thorne adrenal cortex I've bought some but I'm scared of how my heart will react? How safe is it? It's only 50mcg? How and when should I take it.?
