Why isn't the NHS continuing with your thyroid blood tests?
Are you self medicating?
If your thyroid hormone replacement is prescribed then annual testing should be done by your GP.
TSH 0.02
Free T4 13.7
Should I adjust my Meds?
TSH is obviously below range, but we haven't got a clue where your FT4 lies in it's range. Ranges vary from lab to lab so we need the ranges from the lab that did you test.
Also, when taking NDT, because it contains T3 as well as T4 then it's essential to have FT3 tested, it's the most important test. So without the ranges and the all important FT3 test results, unfortunately no-one can tell you if you should adjust your meds.
Also, it's not just test results, it's how you feel.
