Someone I knew have a Goiter, and is now Splitting Blood

Hey. Please someone help me. My friend have a goiter. She told me the she first was splitting a yellowish saliva then after so many days she splits blood. Is she okay? Were afraid to go to the doctor.

I think the first port of call is the doctor or the A&E. There's no point in beating about the bush. Blood from places were it should not be need an investigation. ~There might be a very simple reason, i.e. coughing too hard.

You are in the Philippines, I don't know what the Health Service is like over there.

Has your friend had any tooth pain? Could there have been an abcess in the mouth?

Any sore throat or recent cold or cough?

Your friend needs to see a doctor.

Do you have a walk - in clinic in your area?

If not try the nearest hospital. Do you have an Emergency Care Centre or Emergency Room or Accident and Emergency department?

Do you have an Oral Clinic or Dentist clinic she could attend?
