I have Graves & it’s me against it 24/7

I have been so unwell recently I thought my cancer was back, the scan & me feeling better has confirmed I’m ok & that being kind to me is a priority & looking after my health on a daily basis is a must!

Running out of vitamins & not buying them because it’s another expense, staying off work because I won’t get paid when I need rest, no time to go to the doctors but knowing they will say come back in 2 weeks, just do it anyway!

I have been on holiday I have been pampered & i have ate well & exercised.

I know now that it’s better to be on it & I’m benefiting from self care & hope I keep it up, so anyone reading this I’m proof that it’s worth it so give it a try please
