Blood Results
I am sorry you are unwell at present and it must be scary to be given warfarin due to a blood clot.
The doctor has not checked your Free T3 - the most important check alongwith FT4 and I note your FT4 is also low. That's the reason you feel awful. The aim, when taking thyroid hormone replacements, is to have FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of the ranges. Your GP will probably be nervous and may reduce your dose due to your TSH being low.
Did you allow a gap of 24 hours between your thyroid hormone dose and the test? was it a 'fasting water only' test?
If you didn't follow this procedure, your results will be skewed so you need another test following the advice above. i.e. if we take a dose before a blood test, results will be skewed.
You need an increase in dose or T4/T3 combination to enable you to feel an improvement.
Hi thanks for taking time to reply problem I get is in my surgery no one is really helping Ang gps keep changing at the minute I saw someone who said I had a clot and wants a thyroid test done again in 3 months but I can’t last that long I didn’t fast for test but hadn’t taken levo for24 hrs previous thanks again
So you have been diagnosed as being hypothyroid.
As you didn't fast, and you had breakfast it might mean that your TSH was lower than it would have been if fasting, etc. Your doctor is only going by your TSH and is assuming you are going/or gone hypERthyroid due to your very low TSH.
Blood tests are due every six weeks until you are on an optimum dose, i.e. a TSH of 1 or lower. Many doctors seem to believe that if the TSH is somewhere in the 'range' that we're on sufficient but not if we have symptoms.
The fact that your TSH is is nearly 1 and FT4 nearly 15 when it should be near the top of the range, you need an increase. You may not be able to change your doctor's mind. However, this is a link which might be helpful. It would:-

Warfarin interacts with Levo, you may need to adjust your dose. You should have had advice about the interaction if not use google x
