Your TSH is on the high side for a treated hypo patient, your FT4 is 73% through range which is a pretty good level, your FT3 is only 26% through range so conversion of T4 to T3 is poor, and low T3 causes symptoms.
Increasing your dose of Levo will lower your TSH but will also raise your FT4. You may need an over range FT4 to give enough FT3 as mentioned in Dr Toft's article
"The appropriate dose of levothyroxine is that which restores euthyroidism and serum TSH to the lower part of the reference range - 0.2-0.5mU/l. In this case, free thyroxine is likely to be in the upper part of its reference range or even slightly elevated – 18-22pmol/l. Most patients will feel well in that circumstance. But some need a higher dose of levothyroxine to suppress serum TSH and then the serum-free T4 concentration will be elevated at around 24-28pmol/l. This 'exogenous subclinical hyperthyroidism' is not dangerous as long as serum T3 is unequivocally normal – that is, serum total around T3 1.7nmol/l (reference range 1.0-2.2nmol/l).*"
*He recently confirmed, during a public meeting, that this applies to Free T3 as well as Total T3. You can obtain a copy of the article by emailing Dionne at

THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODIES: 361 < 115
THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES: 20.9 < 34
Tg antibodies can be raised in Hashi's, your TPO antibodies are within range but may or may not be high enough to suggest Hashi's as well (maybe caught at a time when they're low and could be raised if tested again). There are other causes for raised Tg antibodies but that's not my area of expertise so I wont comment further, SlowDragon may be able to help there. Maybe it's to do with your previous overactive thyroid (Graves?).
I see from a previous post ferritin and folate were low, are you addressing them?
Thanks Seasidesusie, hopefully doc will listen to me, although I doubt it can ask for Levo to be raised. Yes I stopped taking B complex and Vitc and D so started again yesterday. Yes someone had said that Graves Antibodies can be left in blood causing my mood swings, someone had pointed this out and it would make sense as I was the same when Hyper so it never left after RAI. As my mother I found out had it, I always assumed Overactive thyroid
Stopped B complex to do test, but started them all again now. The THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODIES came back on red high, at 361 and limit of 115 does this indicate anything or is it to do with the vitamin supplements
