Typically a private consultation is £200-£250 for initial consultation. Should include cost of prescription

T3 from EU is about £30 for 100 tablets of 20mcg Liothyronine

NHS is being charged £206 for 28 tablets - hence reluctance of NHS to prescribe, but if an NHS endocrinologist says you have clinical need you should be prescribed on NHS

You would have to approach a specific private Endo or GP to ask what are their consultation fees, which presumably vary considerably, not least depending on whether they are in or outside London. But your NHS GP is perfectly free to give you a private prescription at no charge, if they so wish - mine has, for T3, and so does the NHS GP of a friend of mine for NDT . Whether they will, or not, is down to them of course.
