Thyroid antibodies higher after starting GF

I've just been retested after upping my thyroxin and going on a gluten free diet.

My TSH levels have come down but my antibodies have gone up.

Very confused

Autoimmune hypothyroidism (which I assume you have) is very variable anyway, so it could be a coincidence. Antibody levels in themselves only show that you have an autoimmune disease.

Also, gluten free doesn't help everyone.

Thank you. Yes, I have autoimmune thyroid. Frustrating isn't it?
