NDT and CBD oil

Thinking of taking CBD oil to help with sleep and anxiety. Currently taking 1.75 grains of NDT. Just want to check it is safe to do so. Any advice?

Well I Take both, a few hours apart, and no problems after six months so I would say no problems... Not for me for sure.

I take CBD too and I’m on T4/T3 combo. All good and it’s been about a year.

2 hour gap for most meds and a 4 hour gap for blood thinners, beta blockers and statins

i was on CBD last year and did great i really need to start back on it
