I tried it. But I thought it was so expensive that I could never afford it even if it worked. I don't plan to buy it again unless by some miracle it drops dramatically in price. I didn't notice any beneficial effect on any health issues I have. And I thought it tasted foul.

My own research suggested lots of people do get benefits though. So you could put my comments down to sour grapes. Even if it had helped I still wouldn't have bought it due to cost.

Where do you buy your oil, HB? I haven't found it expensive at all. And, it certainly has helped with all sorts of things. I buy mine here :

simply-cbd.co.uk/

I think the prices are good, and a bottle of Simply Green lasts ages at six drops a day.

Sharon-1152 , I've been taking it for some months, now. I've found it helps a lot with energy and ataxia - my main problems. My breathing has also improved, but I don't know if it's because of the CBD oil or the N-Acetyl-Cysteine that I've started taking. :)

Hi grey goose can I ask what you take it for. Apart from graves and asthma I have a few issues with arthritis and sciatica also my energy levels are very low at the moment. I also have SAD.

I didn't start taking it with any particular aim in mind. I started taking it to see what it could do for me. As, I said above, it's helped greatly with energy levels and ataxia. But it is supposed to help with any sort of pain. Oh, yes! Come to think of it, it has got rid of my back pain! I'd forgotten I had it! lol

Did you have any side effects from the cbd oil?

None at all, no. :)

I've only bought CBD Oil once and it was still a very new product at the time. I bought it from a shop in one of my local shopping centres. According to the box I needed 20 drops for a full dose, and the bottle contained 10 doses. I don't remember if it suggested how many doses I should take a day. It cost £24 which was unaffordable if I was going to need 2 or 3 doses a day, and it was the cheapest bottle in the shop.

I did read threads on the subject of CBD oil here and elsewhere some months later, and I realised I had been shamelessly ripped off. But even then the prices I found were too high for my purse. I have a feeling prices may still be dropping.

The other thing I have issues with is that my brain just isn't up to the task of working out what I'm getting for my money. The strengths mean nothing to me, some products don't tell you how many drops there are in a bottle, and I gave up trying to work out how many doses I was getting per bottle because some of the products I looked at didn't have a suggested dose size. So I just gave up!

Well, the one I take, mentioned above, you start out with one drop twice a day. After a week, you increase to two drops twice a day, then three drops. And that's where I stopped. That seems good enough for me. Besides, I can't take it twice a day due to all the other stuff I take, and it has to be taken four hours away from everything. So, I take six drops in the evening before bed. And I take it with my turmeric and honey. I make a paste and leave it under my tongue for as long as possible. I find it works for me - maybe could be better, I don't know, But I'm happy with the way it is. :)

And a small bottle lasts about three months. But, I only know all this because I joined a Facebook group. Otherwise, I'd be groping in the dark too. Facebook really does have it's uses. :)

Thanks GG. I just sent brian an email re delivery to the US. I was also interested to read on their site the company runs a holistic dog shelter. ! I couldn't find a good US website so hope Simply will ship to us. I recently read that all 50 states are allowed to sell cbd oil. irina

Brian is very helpful, I'm sure he'll do his best for you. I like the idea of the dog shelter, too. :)

I have used it very successfully for about 4 months. It worked really well on muscle and joint pain, Achilles’ tendonitis and hip bursitis. It stopped working after this time so I came off it. It is hideously expensive though. I was paying £55 every 2 weeks. I just use it now when I’m desperate and need some respite from the pain.

I tried cbd oil but found that it made me short tempered. A friend said that she found this also. I stopped as a divorce would be worse than my pains.

Probably expensive, but there are CBD transdermal patches. I haven't tried them.
