Hi! I’m after your support please. Attached are my latest test results which I’d like your comments on. Not the full suggested list (consultant directed) but hoping you can interpret for me.

I have Hypothyroidism, I believe Hashimoto’s. My Teva Levothyroxine medication was increased from 100mg to 125mg December. I started a gluten free diet November, started taking Spray Vitamin D - once a day, 25mg and B12, one a day 1000mg in December.

I feel tired most of the time, not depressed but don’t particularly like people or being with people 😬 which I think is weird, never used to feel this way. I Exercise 3-5 times a week; swim, spin or body pump and still don’t lose weight.

TPO antibodies are high so yes this confirms cause is autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's)
