Why am I so tired?

I've got my medichecks results back. All is ok except high ferritin and high antibodies. I already know I have hashimotos. I can't understand why am so tired, have to nap in day, totally exhausted and have gained weight I don't understand what is going on. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Your FT3 is too low. Are you on thyroid hormone replacement? If so, you need an increase in dose.

Well, that's not a very high dose. And it's not high enough for you, both your symptoms and your blood test results say so.

Your FT4 is 58% through range, FT3 is 33% through range. You are undermedicated. As Greygoose says, you need a dose increase.

What are your levels of Vit D, B12 and Folate?

Ferritin is 160(13-150), B12 is 112(37.5-188), folate is 8.4(>3.89). I don't know my vit D level.

I'd check Vit D. GP may agree to D3 do it, otherwise you could do a home fingerprick blood spot test with

vitamindtest.org.uk

And ask for increase in Levo.
