Hey guys, could you give your thoughts on my results please? This is follow up after adding T3 along with Levo, I am not converting properly so in my opinion they seem to be quite good now and I feel good too. I have an appointment tomorrow with private endo to discuss them so firstly want to know if there is anything I should or could do about the dosage etc. I’m on 100mg Levo + 2x10mg Liothyronine
Serum TSH level 0.07 mu/L [0.27 - 4.2]
Serum free T4 level 15.2 pmol/L [12.0 - 22.0]
Serum free T3 level 4.4 pmol/L [3.1 - 6.8]
Many thanks!

*And that's the important thing.
We are all individual and need our levels to be where they suit us best. Your levels wouldn't be right for me, I'd need both FT4 and FT3 higher (I'm on Levo plus T3), but if those levels are where you feel good then there's no reason to change anything
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test, (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw). This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
If/when also on T3, make sure to take last dose 8-12 hours prior to test
Is this how you do your tests?
FT3 looks slightly low, but if you feel good, then this level suits you
What about vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels
Yes I do test the way you mentioned, time gap after Levo was 24h, but I didn’t know timing about T3, so the last dose was 16h before the test, so probably this is the reason why it is slightly low but as I said in my post I feel really good. Other vitamins and minerals weren’t done this time, but I’m taking Vit D, B complex, selenium and all the rest was in a normal range.
So I guess I’m just staying on the dose I am now and continue to put Hashi’s into remission, thanks
