Having previously - and wrongly - blacklisted T3, it seems that all this CCG is now doing, is bringing itself back into line and beginning to belatedly conform to the 2018 RMOC guidelines ie doing what is required of it.

I’m in one of these CCG’s.

I really hope the prescription I ordered for my T3 yesterday will be filled.

My endocrinologist has been excellent at writing to my GP after every appointment pressing the fact that I benefit from a combination of T4/3.

I'm one of the 2 main people in our Norfolk group campaigning against the Norfolk CCGs' 2016 decision to de-prescribe, or not allow, T3. It's been nearly 2 years of hard work, with frustration, anger and upset along the way. But we think our persistence (stubbornness!) sending them information and refuting the CCGs' documents, with media coverage in print and on radio, have made difference. We never thought they'd agree to getting T3 to Green status, after consultant initiation. We are also one of the groups collaborating with Lord Hunt and BTA, so we could use that kudos with our CCGs. We're asking for clarification on implementation, as the devil is in the detail, but we've come a long way so far.

Keep fighting people!!
