Reducing thyroxine advice please

I posed my medichecks results yesterday , and after increasing my dose by 25mcg for the last 6 weeks to see if it would increase my T3 I’m now over range at 25.6 , I will reduce back down to 100 , do I just do that in one go or alternate days, I was advised to have Iron panel done as my my B12 is on the low side, should I wait a few weeks until my T4 is back down to where it should be ? My aim is to try T3 but advised not to until B12 sorted , thank you.

I think you've misunderstood the replies you had in response to your post yesterday.

You weren't advised to have an iron panel due to B12 being low. It was suggested you were tested for B12 deficiency due to your Active B12 level being below 70. I gave you a link to check for signs of B12 deficiency and another one about the advice about tests checking for B12 deficiency.

The only mention of an iron panel was in SlowDragon's reply:

High ferritin doesn't necessarily mean we have high iron either. Ideally a full iron panel could test that

My apologies, yes I did misunderstand I have low mood and occasional tingling in my neck but no other symptoms, will ask for b12 deficiency test at my GP
