Yes, most definitely. I don't use Wellsprings but I do use a progesterone cream and found it keeps me awake if I take it at night.
I have read that there are no hard and fast rules as to when you use the cream, so I apply some in the morning and the next time at around lunchtime. This suits me fine.
I've read that it can convert to cortisol so taking it at night raises night time cortisol and it is this that keeps you awake. I've also heard that if it makes you drowsy then you are taking too much.
I hope this helps.
Just to say I take utrogestan micronised soft pills and estrodial transdermal gel. And I feel sedated by the progesterone and sleep really well. I look forward to it each night.
