I had blood test and bone profile seems a bit low. I stopped using dairy and am a bit worried.

Alkaline phosphates. 58. Range 30-130

Albulmin 37. Range 35-50

Calcium. 2.21 “. 2.20-2.60

Adjustedcalcium conc. 2.26. Range 2.20-2.60

Don’t know if people on here may help with results as it’s a bit different .

I would be grateful if anyone can though, thanks. 🙂

alkaline phosphatase is different to phosphate, it's an enzyme which helps with reactions in the body. Can be raised for different reasons, but yours is nice and normal.

phosphate is sometimes part of the bone profile, magnesium requested as extra. Due to the dairy restriction it could be just lack of calcium in diet, and therefore need to supplement. The reason I ask about the magnesium is if that is low too you'll have a job getting the calcium up as it plays a major part in calcium metabolism in the body so possibly abit of magnesium supplementation also. The corrected calcium is calculated using your albumin level.
