Finally manage to get the GP to test T3 and antibodies, still have symptoms but also got him to increase my levo from 100 to 112.5, start new dose at the end of the week. Can I ask is my T3 conversion OK in your opinions.
T4 21.1 (12-22)
TSH 2.68 (0.27-4.2)
T3 4.8 (3.1-6.8)
TPO Ab <33 (0-60) classed as normal, was above >500 one year ago, reduced this going gluten free and selenium/B12 with a healthy diet and exercise, proves it can be lowered what a result.
Thanks in advance for the ongoing support.

No, your conversion is poor. But, lots of Hashi's people have poor conversion. And, you still have Hashi's, even if your antibodies are lower. But, antibodies fluctuate, so they could easily go up again.
And some people need it right at the top - or even slightly over.
Optimal is not a number, when it comes to thyroid hormones. Optimal is when your symptoms have gone and you feel well. How you feel is far more important than a number in a range. If only doctors knew that!
