BONE DENSITY: DEXA scan -3.4 (10% bone loss in last year & refused Prolia injections).

Naturopath diagnosed Thyroiditis; Eliminating: Gluten, Dairy, sugar, food sensitivities. Added Vitamin D 5000, fish oil, Probiotics, Organic veggies, fruit, fish & chicken. Autoimmune Supplements: Protandim, Leaky Gut, FLM.

Active: Hiking 10-20 mi wk, Physical Therapy Exercises, & OsteoStrong weight loading, AND COMEDY 😉

Low FT3 can be linked to osteoporosis

Testing regularly vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 important too
