My daughter has to have some blood tests but I’m not sure what some of them are. Does anyone have any clue? I now know that LVT is liver

U and e and cr, urea, electrolytes normally sodium and potassium and creatinine, these are to check kidney function.

Po4, ca and ALP, phosphate, calcium and alkaline pho pho tase are additional electrolytes and an additional liver enzyme.

LFT liver function tests.

These are pretty standard as part of comprehensive blood tests.

Vitamin D

Iron panel to test for too much or too little iron (will probably be iron, ferritin, UIBC, TIBC, transferrin, transferrin saturation)

TFT = thyroid function tests (probably just TSH and Free t4)

ALP is part of liver function panel (others are ALT, GGT, bilirubin, LDH) + calcium (Ca) and phosphate (PO4)

Urea and Creatinine is the top one, I think.
