I recently had a gastroscopy the results are inflammation at the top and bottom and erosion at the bottom of the stomach. I have Hypothyroidism and Pernicious anaemia. I have arthritis, very sore and painful joints and stomach. I am going to try a gluten free diet. Any advice please.

I have PA and hypothyroidism. I have stomach erosion, and am light headed. My GP has done nothing, all he says is if you are in pain take the Omeprazole. My stomach acid is low, and taking that would reduce the acid further. I just don't know what to do. Does anyone have any experience or advice on this subject.

Thank you.
