These results suggest you are under medicated, and poor conversion
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Do not take Levothyroxine dose in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take immediately after blood draw. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Is this how you do your tests?
TSH - suppressed, which is all most medics will look at
FT4, possibly a bit low
FT3 - definitely too low
Presumably as you have PA, you also have Hashimoto'?
Have you ever had a TPO and TG antibodies tested? If not they need testing.
As you have B12 injections, do you also take a daily good quality vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid?
B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two). Or Jarrow B-right
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

You need to test vitamin D and ferritin too
Are you on strictly gluten free diet?
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps, sometimes significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies
Ideally ask GP for coeliac blood test first

Hi SlowDragon, thank you so much for your reply.
The Consultant seems to think i am overmedicated even though i know i am not with how I’m feeling.
I didn’t realise not to take meds 24 hours before my bloods but i will do that in the future.
Im not hashimotos, i have had antibodies done in the past which i was told was normal.
I dont take anything other than ive started taking a good pro biotic because i get frequent water infections. I will def invest in a good B complex from what you’ve recommended thank you.
Would you increase my meds ?
Im so grateful for your reply thank you x
I would test vitamin D and iron and ferritin, privately if necessary
Come back with new post once you get results
Have you had BOTH TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested?
Get all vitamins optimal, then retest FULL Thyroid and vitamins privately 6-8 weeks later and come back with new post again
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
I was on ferrous fumerate for years as my ferritin was low but just recently i stopped taking them as i wasnt sure if it was good to take for so long. Im not sure if i have had TG thyroid antibodies tested.
If i get my bloods done privately do they advise on the results ?
Ive just ordered some of the b complex you recommended, it says 2 a day but you recommended 1 a day ?
Many thanks
Just bring the results of private tests to the forum for advice
It's possible to have Doctors comments added to results, but they are only generic comments, not actually specific to you
Igennus B complex. Yes suggest starting on just one tablet in morning after breakfast. See how levels improve when next tested
Persistent low vitamins with supplements suggests coeliac disease or gluten intolerance
