T3 and progesterone only contraceptives.. Help please

Hello all, first post on here.. But seeking advise please.

I have had to have a partial thyroidectomy 4 years ago followed by levothyroxine replacement. I then had another lump which was diagnosed as active but inconclusive so June 2018 I lost my whole thyroid. T4 made me feel awful and I have been incredibly fortunate that my surgeon has known me 4 years and has seen the change and put me on t3. I'm balanced with regular cycles after changing diet exercise sleep patterns etc and feel great but... Am. Now in a relationship and so comes the inevitable question, I have previously only been OK with oestrogen only contraceptives implant or injection. Does anyone know if this is going to affect my t3 uptake I cannot find anything conclusive... I'd be so so grateful...
