I have an under active thyroid which has been managed with 150mg daily thyroxine and I'm diabetic type 2 which after successful weight loss I manage through diet.... however since doing C25K I'm finding I'm hungry a lot more than I was. It's tricky as I have to have low carbs but the high protein isn't making much of a difference to the hunger. Any tips or suggestions would be massively appreciated please

Lovalatte , seems to me obvious that if you've started running, you're going to be more hungry. You're using up more calories, you need to replenish them. How's your fat intake?

And, what are W3 and R1?
I think the OP is referring to the C25K programme where W3 is Week 3 and R1 is Run 1
