Natural treatment
I can't recommend a natural endocrinologist and I'm not sure what you mean by a natural endocrinologist? What condition has your husband been diagnosed with and what was the basis of the diagnosis, ie. thyroid and antibodies blood test results?
Welcome to our forum and am sorry your husband has a problem with his thyroid gland.
If you email Dionne at Thyroiduk.org.uk she has a list of Endos one of whom may be a surgeon.

When your husband has blood tests for thyroid hormones, it has to be at the earliest possible, fasting (he can drink water). If he was prescribed thyroid hormones they should be taken first thing with one full glass of water and wait an hour before eating.
Always get a print-out of his results with the ranges and post if there is a query.
His vitamins/minerals should also be tested for deficiencies, i.e. B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
It sounds to me as if you husband may be hyPERthyroid rather than hyPOthyroid and those members who've had similar problem will respond.
It is always best to double check if we have a health issue especially before an op as it cannot be undone.
If you have a copy or can get a print-out from the surgery, of his results with the ranges. Put them on a new post for comments.
Husband should also get B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate checked too. Deficiencies also cause symptoms.
hello, an endocrinologist, I cannot recommend, especially not knowing where you are. but, I have used natural treatments to help fight against thyroid problems. I took some pills made from natural herb extracts. Plants such as Ashwagandha and minerals such as Selenium. I would recommend these pills if you are interested
Thanks but my husband has been advice by his doctor to do the op since he has een taking cadimasol for 3 years now. He doesnt want to come off the pill but he is worried about doing the operation, so really I wanted some professional advice from an endocrinologist who may be able to prescribe some form of natural remedy. Thanks for your response
I don't ever want to tell someone not to consider their doctor's advice but as a 74 y.o.retired operating room nurse I would never consider surgery without getting a second, unrelated opinion unless I was in the emergency room and it was a dire emergency.
By unrelated I mean find a doctor for the second opinion who is not a member of the original doctor's group in his office.
We can always choose to have the surgery but we can't go back and undo if there were other options not shared with us by the first doctor.
It's a hard decision but don't be frightened or bullied into unnecessary quick irreversible decisions.
Whatever you decide I hope the choice goes smoothly and turns out well for your husband.
Take care. irina
Thank you so much for your response
P.S. A reputable physician will never be threatened by the patient's desire for a second opinion.
