Anybody have sharp pain in chest while walking? Not sure if the cold had anything to do with it.

Hi guys, 22 f with graves disease here. šŸ‘‹ And yesterday I while walking about 2 miles or less (it was a little cold) I got a sharp chest pains while breathing in on my left side. Anybody else experience this? Should I be concerned ? .. :( this has happened twice now

It's just that nobody here is medically qualified so we can't say whether it's something you should be concerned about. If a member here told you it's fine, don't worry, and you left it then it became worse, you'd not be happy about the advice you'd been given here. With chest pain it's best to see your GP.

Are you taking anything for your Graves'? If your heart rate is elevated all the time, you cannot add exercise and raise it even higher. I had to stop all exercise until I got treatment, otherwise I felt like I would pass out from the high heart rate. Please contact your doctor about this!

Yes methamozole , and my heart rate has been under control but ok I will

Some beta blockers may help until your thyroid levels are under control. Gravesā€™ makes the metabolism run fast, which also tends to speed up heart rate. Itā€™s probably nothing to worry about but you do need to see your doc and explain.
