Not getting better

Think having a virus plus maybe too much iodide as in too much choclate but despite speciist saying over a month ago that my T4 is down from 21 to 14 so should be improving in last few days been urinating virtually every waking hour then getting dehydrated and coughing a lot which maybe partly my asthma .I think there is something else wrong but seeing specialist again in just over a week .He did an antibody test still trying to find out if it was TRAB or TPO but result was 75.4 range zero to 9 so anyone know from this what it's likely to be .59 with 2 lovely but lively little boys and working 4 days a week probably don't get enough rest
