Just been looking at my last results 1.04m. IUL.normal range 0.35.4.94 that’s all the test that was done many thanks ?..
You forgot to put what it was a test for, but sounds like a TSH result. That doesn't tell us much at all, as you can still get hypo symptoms if TSH is "Normal! As Celestialbeing said, you need all the tests if possible. TSH isn't even a thyroid hormone, and varies a lot, though (like antibody tests) it can help with initial diagnosis.
Hi sorry it was only Tsh I had to pay last year to have my t3 done
Please note that low iron and/or ferritin can cause palpitations. Low Vitamin B12 has effects on the heart too.
Like others here have mentioned, under-treatment can result in atrial fibrillation, therefore it is vital to know your thyroid function tests.
There are far better treatment options out there at present than warfarin (of course its the cheapest option, this is why they still do it). If you have to go down the medication / anticoagulation road, I would discuss one of the newer factor Xa inhibitors such as apixaban or rivaroxaban. Much better tolerability and less hassle with finding the best dose. Just a thought!
