On radio 4's "You & Yours"today,prof Phil McGuire's research showed CBD oil can really help anxiety.They used pharmaceutical grade CBD oil.Their labs showed a huge range in strength of CBD oil available over the counter,as well as purity issues re other counterproductive volatiles.

There are a number of possibilities. You may be deficient in in iodine.

do the simple patch test to see if you are deficient. See Youtube

thyroid patch test and Dr Brownstein.

Also deficiency in lithium..go to Amazon.com and search for lithium orotate.

and click on the comments. Truly amazing results. hundreds of them.

Your behaviour especially what you eat may be interfering with the uptake

of iodine. Also what you drink, Do you use bottled water?

I would not supplement with iodine & I doubt the patch test is reliable.I have Hashimotos.My opinions are based on much internet research,especially on this forum.There is plenty of iodine in thyroid hormone replacement when adequately replaced,as well as in food.
