TR Man Ingredients

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone knew what Ingredients are in the TR Man. I have been on Nature Throid since July 2018, but as previously posted it is not working well for anymore. I have done lots of research into the NDT's from Thailand and I am now in the process of looking to purchase.

However, the Thyroid S has colours in it which I am allergic to, so it will have to be either the Thiroyd or TR Man.

I am aware that Thiroyd does not have the colours in it that Thyroid S has, but I can't find out anything with regards to TR Man.

Can anyone help with this?

Thank you

P.s - I have also read the TR Man is stronger than Thiroyd by the equivalent of a ¼ grain. Does anyone know if this is correct?

From a website selling the three Thai NDTs, it contains the same amount of active ingredient as others eg "Each tablet contains: 38 mcg of Levothyroxine (T4) and 9 mcg of Liothyronine (T3)". I don't know what is the complete list of inactive excipients, but I know it is sugar- rather than film-coated, which they say helps absorption - hence possibly bringing about the view that it is "stronger".

I changed from Naturethroid to Thiroid because of cost. Now been on TR Mann a few months. Also, chewing Naturethroid & Thiroid gave me mild heartburn.TR Mann is swallowed whole & is said to be absorbed beyond the stomach in the small intestine because of a gastric proof coating.

I am doing well on 2 grains.I reduced down slowly from 3 via 2.5 until my FT3 was in range.I am less sleepy in the afternoon & can ride it through without napping.

Hidden It seems that T.R is lactose- and gluten-free and the tablets are pink. No information about the pink colourant though.

Thiroyd only has 35mcg of T4 and 8.31 mcg of T3 so it does have slightly less thyroid hormone than the others. I have been taking it and am now going to switch to TR Man as I have gut issues and think I don't absorb well.

Hello Hyburn

Thank you for your comment.

I decided to take a chance and go for TRMan back in January 2019, despite not knowing the full list of ingredients; and I have to say, so far so good 🤞.

I thought it would be wise to take TRMan for a few months, before doing a blood test, just in order to let my body adapt etc.

I will be doing my Medichecks blood test next week and shall see what the results show, which I will post on Healthunlocked as previously promised in another post😉.

Good luck👍

Hello

I'm doing very well on the TRMan. Not sure what I am going to do now, it's being discontinued. I have a few left, which should see me through to the New Year, after that, I'll have to try and find something else.

When you see a user name of Hidden, it means that the person is no longer a member of this forum.
