Hi! I used medichecks and did a full thyroid check, (fasting sample, before I took levo) I’ve been on 50mg levo since September, what do you think of these results? I’m seeing my endo on Saturday, and getting a tft done through the gp on Thursday. From what I’ve seen on here think I need a higher dose of levo? What are your thoughts please?

How do you feel?

Your TSH is too high for a treated hypo patient.

Your FT4 is 40% through range and your FT3 is 40% through range. They are nicely balanced but on the low side so there is plenty of room for an increase.

The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well.

I feel a lot better than I had been feeling, but a bit up and down- plus my weight is going up, not down, put on a stone since September 😩

I'd say you need an increase in dose then, hopefully you'll get one.
