Just to give more info on my results vitam B12 is 375 range given as 150-750 vitamin D is 45.3 range > 50 ferritin 39.3 range 22-322

Se thyroid peroxidase Ab count 49 range 0.10 - 9.00

Symptoms I’m mainly getting are the tiredness and not sleeping well and an anxious feeling ..wake up with the anxious feeling quite often

Thanks to everyone who answered with advice ..although it seems even on here it can be conflicting, I do appreciate all advice though thankyou

Replied on your earlier post and added ranges to the results there
